The Spinnakers drill team is looking to recruit new members!
This is a semi-military precision marching drill team, and they’re looking for girls and boys ages 7 to 20.
They practice year-round, and compete in two competitions, as well as participating in parades during the summer.
Practices are on on Tuesdays outside at Seahurst Elementary from 6 – 8 p.m. (14603 14th Ave SW, Burien 98166).
“Our goals for our members are to gain confidence, learn self discipline, stay in shape, earn volunteer hours, make lifetime friends with people of all ages, and to just have fun!”
