Our Restorative Yoga classes are up and running at Lake Burien PT. The space is so beautiful, and our fabulous instructor Karn Junkinsmith tops off the experience! It is so amazingly gentle, relaxing and also a great stretch! If you have thought you can’t do yoga, this class with put aside that myth! Restorative Yoga is not only therapeutic, it’s beneficial to your mind and body and soul. We are offering this class M/W at 9-10 AM and 5:30-6:30 PM, and Fridays at 9-10 AM.10 visit Punch card is available for $90 or drop in for $10 per session. Mats, blocks, blankets and stretch straps are all provided!
