This was the latest of several events at Highline Public Schools planned by the Highline Education Association (HEA), the teachers’ union. HEA has organized the events to support students who have expressed fear for their families’ safety based on comments about immigrants made during the presidential campaign, and more recently, federal immigration policy.
Hazel Valley Elementary is located at 402 SW 132nd Street in Burien.
