
This January, the beloved musical “Annie Jr.” will light up the stage at the Highline College Performing Arts Center, brought to life by the talented young performers of Hi-Liners Musical Theatre.
Running from Jan. 3 through Jan. 19, 2025, this family-friendly production promises heart, humor, and the timeless reminder that even in the toughest times, brighter days lie ahead.
Synopsis
Set in 1930s New York, Annie Jr. follows the adventures of spirited orphan Annie as she navigates life under the watchful eye of the scheming Miss Hannigan. Along the way, Annie befriends billionaire Oliver Warbucks, wins over the President, and finds a forever home—all with the help of her lovable dog, Sandy.
The musical features unforgettable songs, including the iconic “Tomorrow” and “It’s the Hard Knock Life,” performed by a dynamic cast of young actors from across the Puget Sound region.
Audiences of all ages will be charmed by this heartwarming story of hope, family, and resilience.
