Originally established in 2006, in West Seattle, Life in Balance is now open in Burien. Their mission is to promote pain free movement by finding the root cause of the problem and addressing other issues that may be impacting the body’s ability to heal. Tricia Yost, DPT, LMP, OCS and her team are highly skilled, caring and friendly professionals, ready to help you get “in balance” and stay that way with additional support such as their Pilates classes and strong referral network.

- 55-minute physical therapy appointments 1-to-1 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy
- Early morning, late evening, and occasional Saturday appointments

In addition to treating post-surgical and other other musculoskeletal conditions, Tricia specializes in Women’s Health concerns such as pelvic pain, incontinence, and pre and postpartum issues.
Lauren Esmailka, DPT, COMPT, treats all conditions as well, and has particular interest in the athletic patient. She brings her own experience in collegiate athletics to help rehabilitate athletes (amateur, weekend, professional) to their highest level of performance.
