The Lady Pirate soccer players are headed to the playoffs with a record of 10 wins and three losses this season!
On Oct. 18, the Clover Park Warriors never stopped trying as the Pirates beat them 9-1 (click images to see larger versions/slideshow):
On Oct. 24, the Pirates played Renton. Renton was able to get ahead of the Pirates 2-1 until the last two minutes of the game. After several close attempts, Senior Pirate Aya kicked from the thirty-yard line and scored when no one expected it. The game ended in a 2-2 tie:
On Oct. 26, the Pirates beat Franklin Pierce 2-1 at Highline Memorial. The feild was really wet from the rain, making it slippery and hard to shoot:
The Lady Pirates play at noon on Saturday (Oct. 29) against Lindbergh down at Franklin Pierce. The soccer playoff is here.
