King County Metro is once again offering current Highline Public Schools high school students free summer ORCA cards, and this year they’re extending the program to students who are currently in grades 8-12.

Students are eligible for the free ORCA card if they qualify for free and reduced lunches.

The program will last from June 10 through Sept. 9, 2019.

Students can pick up their free ORCA card with unlimited trips to help them get around by:

  • If your student is currently in 9th through 12th grade, they can pick up an application from their school’s front office or print an application from the King County ORCA program page to turn into their school’s front office.
  • If your student is currently in 8th grade, they can pick up an application from the high school they will attend within Highline Public Schools for the 2019-20 school year or print an application from the King County ORCA program page to turn into their future high school’s front office.

For more information visit the King County Metro 2019 Summer ORCA Youth Pass webpage.
